G R Madanapalli Pileru Highway Private Limited (“GMPHPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on April 20, 2022 for implementation of the Project “Four Laning of NH-71 from Madanapalle (Design Km 0.000/Existing Km 0.000 of NH-71) to Pileru (Design Km 55.900/Existing Km 59.250 of NH-71) (Design Length = 55.900 Km) on HAM Mode in the State of Andhra Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojna”. GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GMPHPL.

Total Length of Project i.e.,55.900 Km of NH-71 Madanapalli to Pileruand total project cost set forth in financial package as per clause 23.1 of Article 23 is 1577 Cr. The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (NHAI) on 30 March 2022 and Agreement was signed on 02 June 2022.
